Keap Subscription: Changing Your Next Shipment Date

There are some neat benefits to being a Keap subscriber that you might not be aware of — from getting 10% off all gifts to adding candles to your upcoming orders.

Changing Your Next Order Date

You can edit your next order date at any time within your account — from today through to any date in the future.

Here are the steps to follow.

  1. Log into your subscription account, and click on the “Update” button beside your subscription.
  2. On the next page choose the "Next Candle Date" tile on the left-hand side which shows your current next order date.
  3. A pop-up will appear allowing you to choose your new date.
  4. Having chosen a new date, you can confirm the change by clicking "Update Next Shipment Date".
  5. This update will be confirmed, and after a page refresh you will see your new order date reflected.
  6. Note: there is also an option to "Order Now" in the date change pop-up if you want your next order to process immediately. After this action processes, your order will have processed automatically and your "Next Candle Date" will now show your next scheduled order.
