FOUNDER FRIDAYS

That's all, folks!

This post was originally shared in our email newsletter on December 23, 2023.

We shipped our last orders and closed the studio last night for our annual winter break.

We’ll be closed until our return to the studio on January 2nd. When we say closed, we really mean it: we will not be shipping, making candles, or answering emails during our break.

We’ve taken this time away each year since starting Keap in 2015, and it allows us to rest and reconnect after a busy holiday season, coming back refreshed and inspired for 2024!

Orders placed during the holiday will be shipped when we return.

If you have questions or issues while we are out, we will make sure you are well taken care of as soon as we return. In the meantime, you can find the answers to most order-related questions on our shipping status page and on our FAQ.

If you are in need of a last minute gift, you can still buy our e-gift cards while we’re out.

We can’t wait to reconnect with you in the new year, and if you have any reflections to share on this past year I would love to hear them.

Happy holidays and keep the fire burning!
Harry and the whole Keap team

In other news:

  • Northlands is our seasonal scent for any subscribers that join before the end of December. In January, we’ll start shipping out another seasonal favorite, Wild Figs!

If you enjoyed this article, you might enjoy our not-quite-weekly free newsletter where we share our lessons on our journey toward our regenerative vision, product launches, and behind-the-scenes happenings.

We left social media in 2021 because we found its current mechanics didn’t align with our purpose to facilitate connection to the natural world, our loved ones, and our own spirits. Since then, our newsletter has become a vibrant place for healthy conversation around topics ranging from alternative business ownership models to happy hour cocktail recipes.

What our readers say about it:

“It’s very thoughtful and not sales-y like all other marketing newsletters.”

“I like reading how a business is trying to be as progressive as possible in a capitalist system.”

“I normally delete emails from businesses but with the Keap newsletter I was actually interested in reading through! Made me feel that you guys really care about us and the work you do."
