We're Heading Out Soon

This post was originally shared in our email newsletter on May 31st, 2024.

We have always believed in the regenerative benefit of meaningful time away from work. To this end, we take five weeks of paid vacation annually.

This year, we’re happy to continue our company norm and take the time for team-wide rest and recuperation with a two-week full company break in June.

We will be closing our candle studio in Kingston from Saturday, June 8th, until we return on Monday, June 24th.  Our goal is for you to not really notice that we went on break, while giving ourselves a good rest!

We will ensure minimal disruption to our usual candle-making and level of care, and we’ve covered some common questions in a quick FAQ here.

  •  Now is a great time to place any orders you might want for early June. We’ll be shipping all orders placed on or before June 7th 2PM EST before the break.

  • Orders placed between then and June 23rd will ship the week of June 24th.

  •  If you have a subscription shipment scheduled during the break : We have already moved it to process either the week before, or the week after our hiatus. You can see the new scheduled date in your subscriber account.

With warmth and gratitude as always,

— Harry and the whole Keap team

If you enjoyed this article, you might enjoy our not-quite-weekly free newsletter where we share our lessons on our journey toward our regenerative vision, product launches, and behind-the-scenes happenings.

We left social media in 2021 because we found its current mechanics didn’t align with our purpose to facilitate connection to the natural world, our loved ones, and our own spirits. Since then, our newsletter has become a vibrant place for healthy conversation around topics ranging from alternative business ownership models to happy hour cocktail recipes.

What our readers say about it:

“It’s very thoughtful and not sales-y like all other marketing newsletters.”

“I like reading how a business is trying to be as progressive as possible in a capitalist system.”

“I normally delete emails from businesses but with the Keap newsletter I was actually interested in reading through! Made me feel that you guys really care about us and the work you do."
