Shape the Future of Keap

This post was originally shared in our email newsletter on July 30th, 2024.

I’m excited to invite you to participate in the 2024 Keaper Survey!

The purpose of Keap is to help create pathways for connection: to the natural world, our loved ones, and our own spirit. We are seeking community input to refine our plans to achieve this aim. Our community has always been fantastic at sharing feedback with us, and in the past, this survey in particular has led to both large and small changes in our priorities.

The survey is open to anyone reading this, not just Keap customers. It takes about 5-20 minutes to complete, depending on your responses—yes, it's a bit lengthy, but we hope you'll find it enjoyable! We've been told that the questions are fun, surprising, and sometimes even reflective.

As a thank you for participating, you will receive a $10 store credit and a set of archival matchboxes, which you can apply towards your next purchase or share with a friend.

So, find a comfy seat, grab your beverage of choice (I am sending this at 8AM, so perhaps give it an hour or two if you’re thinking ‘wine’), and dive into the 2024 Keaper Survey!

Over the coming weeks, we’ll share back what we heard.

As always, thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts and perspectives with us. I love reading your comments!

If you enjoyed this article, you might enjoy our not-quite-weekly free newsletter where we share our lessons on our journey toward our regenerative vision, product launches, and behind-the-scenes happenings.

We left social media in 2021 because we found its current mechanics didn’t align with our purpose to facilitate connection to the natural world, our loved ones, and our own spirits. Since then, our newsletter has become a vibrant place for healthy conversation around topics ranging from alternative business ownership models to happy hour cocktail recipes.

What our readers say about it:

“It’s very thoughtful and not sales-y like all other marketing newsletters.”

“I like reading how a business is trying to be as progressive as possible in a capitalist system.”

“I normally delete emails from businesses but with the Keap newsletter I was actually interested in reading through! Made me feel that you guys really care about us and the work you do."
