Ahead of This Holiday Season

We wanted to take a moment to share some festive updates from our candle studio ahead of the holidays.

This time of year can often feel busy, so we want to keap things calm and give you a head start. Our own candle-making limits and mail-carrier shipping delays could make for unpredictable timelines again this year. For extra peace of mind, we suggest completing all your holiday shopping early this year, as online orders could take up to two full weeks to arrive at your door.

Our new Reading Room candle, and some of the most common words suggested to us by our community

In case you missed it, November has also seen the long-awaited return of our Subscriber-Exclusive scent Reading Room! Last year we asked the Keap Community to help rename the scent. We received over 500 ideas, and the result was an incredible feeling of camaraderie — this scent feels extra-special, and we’re excited for you to enjoy it again.

Additionally, we are thrilled to be launching limited-edition collaborative vessel with ceramic studio Jono Pandolfi later this month. Stay tuned!

On a community-minded note, with the Midterm elections happening on November 8th, we want to encourage and celebrate everyone who gets out there to vote. Email or text us your “I Voted” sticker pics to be entered into a raffle, and we will select one participant at random to win a full-year candle subscription on us! (US-only. Entry must be received by 11/15 at 11:59 pm EST)

We can’t extend our gratitude enough for continuing to share your love for our candles, especially through this past year of transitions. You make it possible for us to be a small yet mighty business with big hopes and dreams.

Warmly as ever,

— The Keap team

P.S. Since you made it this far, we have a small request that would help us hugely ahead of the holidays. Would you consider leaving us a review on Thingtesting or Google? Online reviews are becoming more relevant than ever, and we rely on word of mouth and human-scaled connections to grow our business!
