441 Keapers spoke

This post was originally shared in our email newsletter on August 28th, 2024.

441 Keapers completed our 2024 annual  Keaper survey —a 78% increase over last year!

I want to thank everyone who took the (significant!) time to answer our questions and help Keap serve you all better in the long term.

I have now read through every response. While I am still digesting all the wonderful insight, inspiration, and constructive feedback (and love!) that was shared, some clear themes and insights have already emerged.

Over the next few weeks, we’ll explore specific areas of feedback one episode at a time. I’ll also include some of the write-in comments that made me smile, laugh, or tear up at the bottom of these emails.

For now I’ll leave you with this meta observation: It seems that the joy and emotions were a two-way street with this survey.

"This is most likely one of (if not) the most thought-provoking surveys I have ever taken.”

"These questions and the provided answers are inspiring. It makes me wonder about the world you are visioning for the future as it looks like a world I certainly want to be a part of!

"I feel weirdly emotionally moved by this survey and I need time to process this. Whoa.

I was touched to see many folks proactively share how much they enjoyed the survey!

In our next installment, we’ll dive deeper into the Keaper rituals and well-being practices you shared.

Lastly, to our introverts: I just want to say that I love hearing from you, and that your messages are not a burden—on the contrary, they bring the whole team so much joy. Keep them coming. :)

Ciao ciao for now,

— Harry from Keap, Steward-Owner

If you enjoyed this article, you might enjoy our not-quite-weekly free newsletter where we share our lessons on our journey toward our regenerative vision, product launches, and behind-the-scenes happenings.

We left social media in 2021 because we found its current mechanics didn’t align with our purpose to facilitate connection to the natural world, our loved ones, and our own spirits. Since then, our newsletter has become a vibrant place for healthy conversation around topics ranging from alternative business ownership models to happy hour cocktail recipes.

What our readers say about it:

“It’s very thoughtful and not sales-y like all other marketing newsletters.”

“I like reading how a business is trying to be as progressive as possible in a capitalist system.”

“I normally delete emails from businesses but with the Keap newsletter I was actually interested in reading through! Made me feel that you guys really care about us and the work you do."
